SRH Milk Haulage operates a fleet of 105 trucks across NSW, VIC, WA and QLD, providing dedicated farm milk collection services for some of Australia’s largest dairy companies. Planning and executing milk collection is complex, with changing farm production, rural road restrictions, mass limits, and shifting factory destinations requiring constant re-planning to ensure milk is collected on time and delivered where it’s needed most. Implementing M2X has enabled SRH to digitise forecasting, scheduling and dispatch, replacing manual Excel-based processes with a fully integrated TMS that provides real-time visibility, reduces key person risk, and supports scalable growth.
