About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, curious and capable graduate to join our Business team inAuckland. This is a permanent role for a high-achieving business, engineering or computer science graduate who wants real responsibility from day one, direct access to leaders, and the opportunity to kickstart their career in a high-growth tech environment.

You’ll be supported by experienced mentors, given meaningful work from the start, and helped to find where you do your best work as M2X scales across New Zealand,Australia and the US.

What You’ll Do

• Work across different areas of the business - such as sales, operations, customer success, product, implementation and marketing - building a broad understanding of how a modern, high-growth SaaS company operates

• Contribute to real projects that move the business forward, from large-scale implementations to product development and go-to-market initiatives

• Partner with leaders across functions, joining strategic conversations and helping turn ideas into action

• Analyse data and prepare insights that inform commercial, product and operational decisions

• Build relationships with customers and partners, helping them get the most from our platform

• Take ownership of work end-to-end - scoping it, executing it, and presenting outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate (or completing your degree in 2026) in Engineering, Software Engineering, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong academic performance - typically a GPA / grade average that places you near the top of your cohort

• Evidence of drive and initiative beyond academics - leadership, work, sport, community, or side projects

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts, paired with great communication and a collaborative mindset

• Curiosity about how businesses work - and an interest in transport, logistics, or technology that solves real-world problems

• An interest and curiosity about AI - backed by evidence you’ve experimented with it, whether through coursework, side projects, work, or AI tools you use day-to-day

• A bias to action: someone who rolls up their sleeves and figures things out
